PRESS RELEASE – DECEMBER 2011
Three months to go, and it’s all coming together! The Mining Australia Exhibition 2012 is moving towards being the ‘biggest’ and ‘best’ yet with more exhibitors than ever before, an expectation of the highest visitor attendance and with outstanding displays both inside the grandstand as well as outside on the grass at Belmont Park Racecourse.
The event has taken on a stronger international flavour than previously with exhibitors coming from China, India, Korea, USA, South Africa, New Zealand and of course from every state in Australia. The current exhibitor list is now posted on the website for all to see.
Swan Exhibitions is proud to announce that WIN TV has entered into a media partnership arrangement with them as well as securing the coveted Awards Night Presentation Sponsorship. Combined with the support of Channel 9 Perth, advertising for the event will be maximized across metropolitan Perth as well as the whole of regional WA.

PRESS RELEASE
September 2011
CAREERS IN MINING EXHIBITION
Swan Exhibitions is pleased to announce the inclusion of the Careers in Mining Exhibition as part of the highly successful Mining Australia Exhibition in 2012.
It is widely accepted that Australia is currently suffering a shortage in the skilled workforce. The Mining Australia Exhibition 2012 will highlight the need to address this issue and will be inviting HR professionals from within mining resource companies across Australia to attend this major mining employment event.
With large organisations such as BGC Contracting, Macmahon Contractors Pty Ltd and OZ Minerals to name a few, utilising the event to address the issue, it is a must for Human Resource organisations to get similarly involved in the expo.
The Careers in Mining Exhibition 2012 provides an ideal opportunity for companies involved in employment, education & training to meet with industry professionals from within Australia’s mining and resources sectors as well as potential employees over the three days of the event. It will be a fantastic opportunity to assess future employment trends for the industry.

AUGUST 2011
Swan Exhibitions are pleased to report that after the excellent results achieved at the 2011 Mining Australia Expo it has been determined that the show will now become an annual event. With the industry looking toward a boom period and with an impending labour shortage, the Mining Aust Expo will add a “Construction in Mining” and a “Careers in Mining” component to take the show to yet another level.
Richards Mining Services (RMS) has again taken up the Major Gold sponsorship, an indicator that the expo is rapidly becoming a ‘must attend’ mining event in WA. ASB Marketing (showbag sponsor), UON Power & Water (Official Power Provider), The Australian Mining Review (official print media partner) and Redwave Media - Red FM (official regional radio partner) are several other sponsors and media partners who have committed their organisations to the 2012 expo.
Macmahon Contractors Pty Ltd, a leading Australian construction and contract mining company, is now exhibiting for the first time & has taken up the Lanyard sponsorship. BGC Contracting has also taken up exhibition space.
Sullair Australia, the winner of last year’s ‘Best Indoor Display Award’, has booked their 6x6m stand and no doubt will again have an outstanding display.
The show provides an ideal opportunity for companies to showcase the latest advances in technology, equipment & services to major decision makers & leading personnel from the mining & resources sectors as well as related government bodies.
