Is there parking available?
There will be a dedicated car park for exhibitors only. Your exhibitor badge will need to be shown to the parking attendants for access. There is a ramp access to the grandstand via the caterer’s entrance for delivery and pick up of goods.

Who designs, installs and manages the shell scheme booths?
Perth Expo Hire have the exclusive contract to provide all the stands, carpeting and furniture required by the organisers. Exhibitors are encouraged to utilise their services as they will have representation during both bump in and bump out.
Are there any restrictions in regard to dressing my stand?
All items in relation to additional work and interior decoration of stands are covered in the list of terms and conditions on the booking form. Exhibitors are asked to refer to the form for further details.
When can I bump-in and start setting up my stand?
Fri 23 March 9.00am – 4.00pm – goods delivery only
Mon 26 March 9.00am – 5.00pm – outside exhibitors
Mon 26 March 4.00pm – 8.00pm – inside exhibitors (by appt)
Tue 27 March 8.00am – 8.00pm – inside exhibitors
Wed 28 March 7.00am – 9.45am – final touches
